This was a more unusual project. The client had an existing beef unit with an old wagon roof which was in a poor state of repair. The external walls, columns and tank were still in a good state of repair. So we designed a new roof with ridge ventilation to allow for the stack effect. Sides were left uncladded for now to see how the inlet air supply works out. All existing feed gates, water supplies and electrical installations were renewed.

You will note in the photos the access points in the floor for pulling water pipes through which can got at in the future should additional services need to be laid throughout the house. We provided a full design service and also attained planning approval for this development for the farmer.
